Data deletion

1. Delete your account and all data

• Sign in at https://www.aimos.kz/login.
• Open "Profile", press "Delete account" at the bottom of the page and confirm by typing the confirmation word.
• Deleted immediately: the account, all products, posts, the publishing plan, statistics, social network connections with their access tokens, usernames and pictures of connected accounts. Uploaded and generated images are erased from storage by a background job, usually within minutes and no later than within 24 hours.
• Posts and videos already published to Threads and Instagram remain there: delete them in the network itself.

To delete a single product, use the trash icon on its card in "Profile": everything related to that product is deleted.

2. Disconnect Threads

• In AIMOS: "Profile" → product card → the cross next to the Threads account → "Disconnect".
• In Threads itself: Settings → Account → Website permissions → AIMOS → Remove. Meta notifies us, and we disconnect the account automatically.
• On disconnection, the access token, username, name and picture of the account are deleted immediately. Posts, the plan and statistics of already published posts stay in the product history until you delete the product or the account.

3. Disconnect Instagram

• In AIMOS: "Profile" → product card → the cross next to the Instagram account → "Disconnect".
• In Instagram itself: Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites → AIMOS → Remove. Meta notifies us, and we disconnect the account automatically.
• On disconnection, the access token, username, name and picture of the account are deleted immediately. Statistics of videos already published stay in the product history until you delete the product or the account.

4. Data deletion request through Meta

In the Threads or Instagram settings for the AIMOS app you can request data deletion. We then immediately delete everything we received from that network about the account: the access token, username, name, picture and post statistics, plus the follower count for Threads. Meta shows you a confirmation code, and you can check the status of the request on this page using the link from Meta.

If you cannot sign in or want to delete your data another way, email nukenovayan14@gmail.com or call +7 705 607 4701. Include the email of your AIMOS account. We will delete the data within 30 days, usually sooner, and reply when it is done.
