Terms of Use

1. Public offer and its acceptance

These Terms are a public offer within the meaning of Article 395 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The offer is made by ИП ANTECH, IIN 901121350491, address: г. Астана, проспект Қабанбай батыр, 43В, 1111 (the "Operator", "we") to any person with full legal capacity aged 18 or over (the "User", "you").

Registering with the Service (by email or with Google) means full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with them, do not register or use the Service.

2. What the Service is

AI Marketing OS (AIMOS) helps you run the social networks of your products: it prepares texts and images with artificial intelligence, checks them against rules, keeps a publishing plan, publishes the materials you approved to the connected networks and shows their statistics.

During beta testing the Service is provided free of charge. Features marked as coming later do not work yet and are not an obligation of the Operator.

3. Account and security

• Provide a real email address: it is how you restore access.
• You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for access to your email and Google account. Actions taken in your account are deemed to be taken by you until you tell us about unauthorised access.
• Do not give access to your account to third parties and do not use other people’s accounts.
• The Operator never asks you for passwords, codes from emails and SMS, bank card details or access to banking apps. Messages with such requests in our name are fraudulent.

4. Your content and responsibility for publications

• Rights to information about your products, uploaded materials and published content remain yours. You allow the Operator to process them to the extent needed to provide the Service.
• Texts and images prepared by artificial intelligence may contain inaccuracies. The Service publishes nothing without your approval: by approving a material you check it and are responsible for its content.
• You undertake that content published through the Service complies with the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, including the Law No. 508-II of 19 December 2003 "On Advertising", and does not infringe third-party rights or the rules of the social networks.
• Publishing illegal, misleading or offensive content, spam and materials that infringe intellectual property rights through the Service is prohibited.

5. Connecting social networks

• Threads and Instagram are connected only through the official Meta authorisation window. You choose which permissions to grant and can revoke them at any time in the Service or in the network settings.
• Use of social networks is governed by their own rules. The Operator is not responsible for decisions of the networks: reduced reach, account blocking, changes to their rules and to the availability of their APIs.
• The Service does not guarantee any number of views, followers, sales or other results. Statistics and advice in the Service are based on data from your own publications and are recommendations only.

6. Payment

The Service is currently free. If paid plans appear, their terms will be published in advance, and payment will be charged only after your explicit consent.

The Operator does not accept or process payments, is not a payment organisation within the meaning of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 11-VI of 26 July 2016 "On Payments and Payment Systems" and does not store bank card data. Payments will be accepted by a third-party payment service, and you will enter card details only on its side.

7. What is prohibited

• trying to access other people’s accounts and data, or bypassing the Service’s limits and protections;
• loading the Service with automated requests or copying its content with scripts;
• using the Service for spam, fraud or distributing malware;
• impersonating another person or company.

In case of a violation the Operator may restrict access to the Service or delete the account, warning you in advance where possible.

8. Liability

• The Service is provided "as is". We try to keep it running without interruptions but do not guarantee this, especially during beta testing.
• The Operator is not liable for losses caused by actions of social networks and other third-party services, by content you approved for publication, or by your failure to follow section 3.
• Otherwise, liability of the parties is governed by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

9. Intellectual property

The code, design, name and trademarks of the Service belong to the Operator (ANTECH). Using the Service does not transfer any rights to them to you.

10. Deleting the account

You can delete your account in "Profile" at any time. Your products, posts, schedule, statistics and social network connections are deleted with it. Materials already published to social networks remain there and are deleted in the networks themselves.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Disputes are settled by negotiation and, failing agreement, in court at the Operator’s location, unless the law provides otherwise.

12. Changes to these Terms

The Operator may change these Terms. The new version applies from the date shown at the top of the page. By continuing to use the Service after a change you accept the new version; we will announce material changes in advance.
